So I’m a bit frustrated with the sudden expectation of “buyer pays the fee” deal. I don’t care who pays as long as it’s paid but to have a free board to advertise and sell and then skimp out of a small fee for the service. Dang

As far as I'm concerned the seller is responsible for making sure they get paid.
If the deal is the buyer will pay them, then that needs to be posted by the buyer on the thread.
At that point the buy is telling everyone he is assuming the responsibility.
If not then it should still be on the seller to pay them. Since that's clearly what's in the classified rules.

It actually does say “a donation would be nice”. If the negotiation between 2 grown men ends up where they agree that the buyer pays the fee, that’s none of your business, is it?? If Skinny wants the rule to say “seller must pay the donation, no questions asked” I’m quite sure he’ll change the wording and let us all know. But thanks for your input. Now buy something from me so I can make a donation. 🤣😂

It doesn’t specifically say it go should be paid buy the seller, it but I think everyone could agree it’s assumed the seller is responsible for making sure it gets paid. Personally I don’t give a shucks who pays it and your deal is no one’s but yours and the buyer. If your deal is the buyer pays it the so be it. But as a seller the only way I KNOW it gets paid is if I pay it. So, I don’t make deals where the seller pays it because I have no way to know they honored that part of the deal. If they don’t skinny is then. looking at me going. “Hmmm”.
