All of the fixed choke barrles I've seen don't have enough meat to install Rem Chokes. It will probably need to be reamed for Tru Choke pattern chokes but its possible to do.
There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!

There used to be a good one in Chelsea. I used him for a cerakote job a while back but can't remember his name. He worked out of his house and someone referred me to him. He did a jam up job on a 7-08 I have.

Harvey King around Selma area This or Jim McCullough. Two of the best and by coincidence live just a few miles apart from each other.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Bismuth would be your best bet. They used to make a tungsten/polymer shell to was supposed to work in old barrels also, but I don’t know if it is still around.
If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them then someday you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.
