Raised a daughter, wasn't easy....... After high school she traveled down paths she shouldn't have but she seems to be on the right one now. I guess the things we teach take a while to stick to some of them. rofl

This Life360 stuff seems like too much work. I can't imagine tracking my kids all day every day.. getting alerts when they make a move. Seems like too much work.
All the parents seem to have it these days.

That’s something I’ve heard before.

“ he ain’t doing anything you didn’t do or wouldn’t do at that age”.

Yeah you’re right but I still have to be a parent.

FYI

They can manipulate life 360 too.

My son now knows I’m not playing games. He was supposed to get a truck when he turned 16 in November. Ain’t got it yet. I bought the truck 6 months ago. I finally showed it to him after Christmas. He’s working hard to earn it. We’ll see how it goes

Raised kids years ago and now raising a 14yr old granddaughter. Good lord is it different and tough on these kids nowadays. Social media is the devil and middle school teenage girls are absolutely vicious to each other.

We pulled our oldest out of public school after 1st grade and dove head firtst into homeschool. One of the best decisions we have ever made. I have two boys. They are still boys but I'm so proud of the young men they are becoming. We are also heavily involved with the youth and college age at our church. Most are in public school/major universities. It is insane what they are having to deal with.

Yes they are both mine have lost most of their friends that they grew up with...both r beautiful girls and it's not a problem for my 15yr old she's an awesome girl but says she's doing virtual next year even tho she gets elected into homecoming n coronation she's just tired of the BS, my younger one is really quite so she doesn't make friends as easy but she's a good girl too both r very strong and independent...thankfully my wife got them that way

I use life 360 to verify, my 21 got to work ok instead of wondering.
I use it to make sure my wife and my daughter get home from volleyball ok. I check it a some mornings to make sure my 16 yr old gets to school on time. I find it’s all the little things I use to “like” to know, now I can know at a glance. I prob check it 2-3 times a day for 10 seconds. Kids can bypass just about anything, but it takes effort and I haven’t seen any discrepancies yet.

They grow fast. Mine are 20 and 21 in college at Bama. I use Life 360 just to check in every now and then. They went to Atlanta last night for a concert, the wife was able to keep track of them on the way home.

Things i learned with my 2 daughters. When they are 13 parents are the stupidest people ever. They know it all. When they enter college they still think they know more but parents aren't quite as stupid ( because they need parents money). When they reach upper 20's ole mom and dad are actually smart again and life isnt as fun.

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

Get a female Labrador and it’ll teach you all you need to know about women.

Leave ‘em alone when they’re pissy, and take them everywhere you go when they’re in a good mood.

Exactly, have two in their early 30’s. Ones independent and the other, well not so much. But have turned the corner completely on us parents being dumb. Had like 5yrs of riding high, I ain’t stupid, the older ones have finally given me the credit I deserved and a beautiful sweet granddaughter that cherished the ground mom and dad walk on. Now she’s 14, I’m old, stupid, don’t understand and am generally a bother to her world from time to time. I’m fortunate that her pissy little episodes are short lived and she comes back to reality when she needs to. But dang it man, the outside influences and the knowledge these kids have, is tough to deal with at these young ages. It’s tough on them emotionally. At least I’ve been there and done that on raising kids for a minute, I understand when they’re being teenagers, that shall pass.

I don’t think I’d sleep if we didn’t have and use 360. Once you have the ability to use it when you have kids, I don’t see a way to go without it or similar app.
