Don't call me. I'm so backed up with my own customers right now I need to be 3 people.
But seriously BB, there ain't no easy fix. If it was a large count cut it would be a 911 emergency (and expensive for the crew that caused the damage) but one customer you'll be lucky if somebody shows on friday.

I took a class on fiber repair one time. Found out mighty quick it wasn't for me. May be easier now but I never got the hang of it then.

Yep - someone is about to write a big check. Probably an underground NEMA enclosure, fiber splice, OTDR tests...etc.

Contractor in tuscaloosa cut one of our 288 fiber lines. It was around 26k to get somebody to fix it.

Unrelated specifically, but relative in the scheme of it all.

Easy money there. Loose tube in about 8 hours if somebody brought me some lunch. But that price gets you some construction too.

That sucks but yep unfortunately fusion splicer, wonder what count strand fiber it was because that could end up being a hefty bill.

Just from junction box to our house. I am pretty sure.

Line runs towards neighbors house (new construction), they had a tractor over there grading their lot and the internet went out. Wife called Frontier and they couldn't connect to our house, and concluded that it was cut.

1 or 2 Actives probably. Cheap repair. Won't even charge the guy that cut it.
BB make sure you are standing in the driveway 1 hour each side of the time the guy is supposed to be there. A lot of jobs get cancelled on Friday afternoon.
