Reyn OP 10 point Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,266 N. Alabama	I have a 220v compressor i want to run but the only 220 outlet in my shed is the welding outlet which has i believe the 6-50 plug. Looks like the compressor male end is 6-15? Where can i get a 6-50 male to 6-15 female adapter as a temporary fix? Lowes doesn't carry anything.

That's assuming the cord on the compressor isn't 12 gauge wire. In that case you would wanna put it on a 20A breaker. "A moment of realization is worth a thousand prayers"
