WEMOhunter OP 4 point Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 317 Mobile County	Anybody got a lead on a good catfish pond in mobile or Baldwin county? My son loves fishing but gets frustrated with bass and speckled trout fishing. I had access to an awesome catfish pond growing up and thought catfish would be more enjoyable to him. Don’t mind catch and release or paying for access. Its better to be a warrior in the garden than a gardener in war. Some people feel the rain others just get wet.

Went to one in KY I believe years ago called Diamond Lakes. Every once in a while they would bring out a big one , weigh it, and throw it in. My Buddy says it got developed and was gone many years ago.

Some good fishing there, you can pay for catch and release so he can stay longer and catch more and you can pay to keep a few as well.
