Renewed mine last month for a surprising $38.75!! Granted, it is 11 years old and we live outside of city limits (no city taxes added).

My 05 Tacoma was outrageously high at $2.78 Seriously? I thought there was a minimum amount? I don’t think I ever had one under $20ish and that was when I was driving a 15+ yr old truck with a value (at the time) of only a few thousand dollars

Some of ours went up. But i don't like the new chicken shucks tags You can get a basic black and white tag that has ALABAMA on the top and TRUCK on the bottom and heart of Dixie in the corner. Way better than the cheesy beach tag.

'14 Tacoma went up $7 to $71.85 , '98 Chevy 2500 stayed same as last year at $26.49, 05 4 Runner $26.49.
Shows the basic tag fee is $24.25.

I really don't care what they look like , I just want the cheapest !
