Sounds like Supreme Court is actually doing what they are suppose to do and not just being one sided.. saw a guy on Fox News today that lost his mind about it too..I didn’t know they would get all upset about it

Yep , bout how I figured it . Sotomayor, Kagan and Breyer would be my guess . I'm kinda surprised it wasn't 5-4 with sellout Roberts voting with the libs.

They'll make it tough to get a permit .
Finger prints , photo, training class, back ground check . Ect..

When I lived in Texas, to obtain a CC permit, you had to attend a two day class and pass the test. You had to qualify at the shooting range with a minimum score. Your application had to include both fingerprints and palm prints. The background check was very deep as well. Now that they are open carry, I don't know what is required. The state does have certain restrictions and any business can post the 30.06 sign or the 51% sign which prohibits weapons on premises. My guess is NYC will designate a lot of areas as off limits.

Effectively based upon this ruling.....Any State can still require any citizen to jump through hoops to get their CC permit. The issue is that there are no special criteria that is subjective. You can still have an age limit or have to pass a course, etc. as long as it is available to everyone and most importantly applied equally.

That's a big deal. I'm glad to see that. The 2nd Amendment is treated like a red headed stepchild and it's the 2nd Amendment. It's the insurance policy on the 1st Amendment.
