Hopefully Harsin has shut up the fire him now crowd. I hope the O lines better QB is a mystery the Defense should be better. In my layman's opinion I think the Penn State game will show how good or bad AU is. There are winnable games but it's August 2 who knows? In other news if you look at Ugas schedule the sugar diabetes will get you. Dave's surprise teams East&West Missouri&Arkansas.

I've lost touch with CFB. Can't tell you much about AU or Bama this year.
Been here long enough to go from "bring 'da pain" to " bring 'da pain meds.

Yeah I picked the PSU game as the measuring stick because those corned PA dudes are strong on the O line with linebackers that are smart and can run a decent QB and speed outside and at running back and can flat whup you on goal line O. As a Bammer I'd like to see AU throw to the Tightend and punch somebody in the mouth running the ball.

IMO one of two things is going to happen:
— AU circled the wagons internally, Harsin got some of the first-year coaching chit straightened out incluing firing Mike F'king Bobo, and they'll be surprisingly better with a few more wins than expected.
— The wheels come off, the Team Coup guys continue to stoke the flames behind the scenes, Harsin gets fired and it's another season/off-season sh*tshow only Auburn can pull off
If the second occurs, Auburn will be set back 8-10 years

The historically safe assumption for AU is that they will make a lower tier bowl, win 2 games on just dumb, blind luck that they really should lose, and then lose 2 or 3 that they really should win. I'll go with the above & I'll be shocked if the season doesn't play out something like that. Part of me though, wants Coach H to run the table & win every game but Bama & leave at season end for greener pastures. Tell boosters & administrators to kiss his azz on the way out. The way he was treated last year was pitiful.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
