Dang I was gonna bring one up and work out a deal to do it lol...I know how to i just don't have all the equipment anymore...guy in Sardis should be up and going soon if not already....he worked for my grandad then left to work for usda then left them and opened up deer shop n he's going all in now with beef n pork now...

$3.50 is what I’m getting for the hot carcass weight. Actual frozen pounds of meat folks would put in the freezer would probably be a little over half that You getting that on the hoof? Very nice if so.
