Then when you Google “white German Shepard” vs. “albino coyote”, it looks like the latter. Hell if I know. It probably is some skin walker knowing my luck

That looks like a shepherd type dog to me. Big long shepherd ears, legs, chest, his build, coat, hair, tail, everything looks like a German Shepherd type breed or husky mix maybe. That's my vote.
