Can you only shoot with rimfire or any caliber. Thanks. These are 3/8" AR500 It's good up to 30-06. Since you mentioned it i will add, a .22 LR will not flip these all the way. I do have one just for rim fire that's 4" paddles. It's 125.00. The paddles are A36 steel on it.

For anybody on the fence about these, they work great and are a tremendous addition to any range or training area.
