I’ve got a cousin that has 2-3 houses and around 20-30 thousand chickens. He works 365 days a year but he loves it.

I went in one yrs ago out in white plains and man there was some tuff wimmins working in that place...  Them big ol roosters were flogging at them every chance they got...I also noticed that every hen in there had a bald ass too....   Only time I ever been in a laying house..

There's one that rules the roost. She will constantly peck the asses of the others. I even tried vitamins to help with their bald asses.
