Prices are comparable to employer sponsored delta plans. The university system of GA charges $126 a month and the quote I just ran was $138 for the comparible plan.

that tells me USG stinks. But we have been happy with Delta Dental.

$126/mo for dental insurance. I’d have to look but I’m pretty sure I pay like $20/mo through my employer.

I'm paying $24/bi-weekly for my Delta premium plan at work for me, the wife and 2 girls. $126 is just crazy

I just did open enrollment and mine is $10/month for individual. Wife is employed at same company so she's not eligible under my insurance but I imagine it's more than her $10/month for secondary.

Vision is $5/month.

$120-$130 “per month” for dental insurance is insane.

Welcome to GA... our anthem policy with hsa deductible just went to $5k too. Oh yeah, and after a 10 year vesting schedule if you leave you dont get 1¢ of the states money they have put in and they freeze all COLA after 4 years of separation on the defined benefit... So, if youre young, they force you to take out only your portion or get pennies once you hit retirement age.

Snuck that one in after signing up.

Wow that GA quote is high. I’m not licensed and appointed for Delta in GA. Only FL and AL. Employer group plans may be different. These quotes are for individual and family. I also have Cigna United Healthcare and Humana in FL only for dental.

Be careful with Delta. Our dentist just informed us as of the first of the year, they will no longer be in network. Heard from a couple others at work that they got the same notification from other dental offices as well.
