In the tree already because my buddy dropped me out on the way down the road. Set up in the same spot as yesterday just closer to the trail all the deer were using.

Just got up a tree at swan creek wma. Finally found a few acorns on the ground in a small thicket they are hitting. Hoping a doe will show herself atleast.

Out for my first morning sit. Hanging out in the backyard. Supposed to be an east wind, hope it stays that way. Good luck!

Nothing stirring but the squirrels here so far

Im going this afternoon. Hoping to get out of the office by 330.

Doe and a six point just came through. Doe was out of range but the six came by at 15yds. Need his daddy or a big nanny to do the same thing.

Had a 10 come in from downwind.(the way I walked in) Stayed behind for the longest. The knot head came back and was feeding in front of me. They eased off to my left, only had one shot close( walked thru shooting lane). If I was right handed I might could have got a shot

Found a hot acorn tree.

There have been deer at my feeder all morning except for about a hr around 7-8

Afternoon hunt in a hardwood bottom. Only a few acorns but set up on intersection of 3 trail crossings between two sections of thinned pines.

Been in the tree for 30 mins and already had a spike and a button head come through

Stray that looks good!! I’m in a similar spot but cotton field behind me. Land owner says the deer come out and eat the cotton blooms 🤷🏻
