Anyone got a kid playing? Who you pulling for?

Our hometown high school (Mary G Montgomery) made the playoffs for the 1st time in 20 years and just hit the road headed to Central Phenix City for round 1. Nobody outside Semmes is giving them a chance, but we'll see.

me my 3 kids and now 5 of 11 grandkids attend Central. my oldest granddaughter is a cheerleader and we are really good this year. nothin is ever certain but tonight is almost a lock. win loose or draw we enjoy the kids and the opportunity seeing them perform. Enjoy the ride. We have a really nice stadium and facilities. Parking will be a pain in the Kester.

I'll be at the Auburn/Fairhope game.

Both mine have graduated but i’ll still be behind the camera in the press box for hartselle vs buckhorn.

I love the sense of community pride that comes with multi-generational family alum. My kids are also 3rd generation Vikings.

As far as the game goes, CPC definitely should win based off of records. Ours is a little deceiving. We started the year 0-3. A total of 6 points and 2 minutes of clock separated us from being 0-3 and 3-0. We lost 2 heart breakers in OT. They've now won 6 in a row. Watch #7 throwing to #2. A pair of Juniors with a ton of potential.

#13 is my boy. He will be there. Cleveland vs Winston county. Hoping for a win but its been pretty rough lately. Atleast the boy is having fun. I told him last night i would be there to watch him and i wanted to see a show.

If you go, I will be sitting on Centrals 50 yard line in the handicapp seating section in front of the bleachers in lounge chains with my wife who has had 2 foot surgeries over the last few months,..I'm a big guy wearing a medium blue fishing shirt probably with an Auburn hat on.

Good luck JW maybe he will show out. Our home team traveled to Coosa Christian. Seems like for the last 20 yr those schools are all they play in the playoffs.

The school my daughter teaches at, poor little Meadowview Christian was 0fer again this year and still made the playoffs and the bracket makes it look as if they got a bye. Boy will that school go wild when they finally win one.
