I edge the beard and shave with a made in usa gillette safety razor thats about 50yrs old…i got a big bar of duke cannon boubon shavin soap an i mix my own shavin creme in a soap bowl with a brush…i wear clubman aftershave an i cut my own hair these day..ive got decent at my version of a hightop fade with clippers. My grandaddy taught me to be well groomed…ive used wax in the past keep my hair combed over nice.. if i decide to look spruce and spiffy for my wife. I believe in a clean cut and neat appearance..this stupid mullet craze drives me nuts..i keep my beard trimmed up an spruce..an it gets pretty burly this time of year to keep my face warm. I spend my days in mudholes..so i rarely spiff up..but i married a real purty woman with bad eyesight🙄…so..i gotta help myself all i can..yeye🤠🇺🇸

Dapper Dan or FOP are the only 2 choices.
I remember my dad using the vitalis V05 back in the day Now that brings back some memories. My dad still uses Vitalis V05. I can smell it right now.

One of my grandfathers was a barber of the old school variety so I can too. I spent several days in his shop while out of school during the summer and my parents worked and would give anything to go back to those days. The old men would come in to get a haircut, tell stories, and trade pocketknives. What that barbershop smelled like is what I think a man should smell like.
The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

I have a bottle of the original scent, Bay Rum, and Whiskey Woods. I also use Brut from time to time. I like to cut mine with some witch hazel to tone down the potency. Bay Rum aftershave is my go to usually.
