Looking for 2 members for next season with a total of 4 on 825 acres. 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 1.5 bath camp house near the property. Property is 825 acres all in one block in Silas, AL Choctaw County Buck Harvest will be based on age. Striving for 5 years old and older. We established several new plots on the property this season and look to add more areas for summer planting this coming spring plots this year were planted with WMS Alabama Blend on half of them with a berseem, ladino, balansa clover and chicory blend on the other half. Dues will cover, summer and fall planting expenses as well as feed. We are on a year round feeding program. We have been feeding Antler Boost this season and look to stay with that. Summer plots will be planted in peas beans and sunn hemp.Dues will be $3800 and will include turkey rights. This will be our second year with the property and we need 2 like minded, management minded individuals. The property has barely been touched this season. The property has a lot of potential. Being perfectly honest, it's not great at the moment. We are nowhere near where we would like to be. But we have a clear vision of what we'd like to achieve on the property and have the patience to watch it unfold.

Where is the property located around Silas and is the neighboring lands on any management program that you know of.

It's just east of the crossroads at 84 between Silas and the Tombigbee River. We have a lot of small property owners around us. This is our first year with the place so we're not very familiar with everyone's practices around us as of right now. But we dontnnormally hear very many shots when we are up there. We've only hunted the property 7 or 8 times this year total.
