Interesting tid bit at the end of the article. How many cell camera accounts do y’all think DNR’s across the country have peered into without proper permission Quite interesting. Missed that earlier. To get into a person's cell phone they'd have to have a search warrant, right? Cameras operate on cellular systems. Hmmm.

I would love to see fines like that and jail time like that for the scum bag poachers we have in Alabama! Oh but no! In Alabama, we give a slap on the wrist with maybe a $1,000.00 fine! What a joke! Why wouldn’t people poach with couch change fines like that? Everyone knows a decent hunt anywhere cost about $4,000.00 these days so Hell, guess poaching makes good business since! And people want to discuss harvest numbers in this state? What a joke! The problem is looking us right in the face! Let’s deal with the low life sodimite inbreds we have right here in Alabama and yes, possibly on this forum! Deal with poachers and make it so damn painful on them that they never ever consider doing it again!!!

CWD transport laws in those states from Nebraska to Ohio? Good question. Are there any Federal laws pertaining to CWD? I'm betting he made someone with power or $ mad and the state had nothing on him. They put the feds on him with whatever they could get him on. Maybe?

Tell me I am wrong!!!!! 1000% RIGHT! x2 and it's also more than likely no more than a $500 fine in most cases. Look up the fine schedule for hunting violations in AL. It is a complete joke.
