Fished a pretty big inshore tournament today and it was brutal. Cramps in the ankle and calf interrupted my power nap just now Really wishing this was not a two day tournament now.

I think today was the hottest day of the Summer.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I think today was the hottest day of the Summer. At 105, I think it was an all time high for actual temp.

Wife and I went Sunday. Water temps on Yates ranged from 88-92. I rarely drink anything when fishing. Sunday I had 4 bottles of water. It was the hottest I've every been. Miserable. We did manage to catch a bunch of dinks.

Tons of scum on Lay right now which is good for heads and spots are grouped up on top of ledges chasing bait in 2-4 feet

Yep. I really like the lake. Need a boat with the right electronics to take advantage there.

Think if you stay left, you are OK. There's a shallowish flat on the right side that is loaded with boulders and stumps. With that said, some dude in a center console ran passed me on that flat wide open like a boss.
