How do they compare to the yeti or lifetime, etc? I need one to keep meat frozen for 10-12 hour trips.

I cannot speak to the larger sizes, but the 26 size was not comparable. I bought the Ozark first. After constantly having to reload ice I bought a yeti. Full disclosure this was kept in the bed of a truck when in use, but the yeti held ice far better. The Ozark’s lid was the problem, I believe. It was not solid like the yeti.

How are the soft sided ones? Worth having?

I have one that I got a few years back...only issue I have with it is the zipper being hard to open/close. I don't know how it compares to a yeti or whatever other high $ coolers there are, but it also didn't have the high $ cooler price tag

Thanks OP for the heads up. I seem to have misplaced my cooler and needed another.

My 35 quart was just delivered. Very well built with a inside tray and even a interior light that comes on when opened. The tray goes from top to bottom, actually takes up to much room.

I got the 52 - it looks very well built, the locks/clamps whatever you call them seem very solid.

I got the 52 and it showed up yesterday. Looks like a good cooler so hopefully it holds up for a while.
