We went. Best I know, only 23 of the 75 kids showed up. I don’t know if the rain forecast kept folks away or not. The Alabama Dog Hunters Association came out in full force with about 100 dogs. They worked their tails off. That said, I don’t know if a single youth put one down. I know they were looking for one after the morning hunt. We never saw a deer, but was great to hear the dogs.
