That’s what I need. A good squirrel and dumpling recipe. Tried cooking a stew once with tomatoes, garlic , onions and olives and it was pretty good and squirrels are good but I learned to debone them so they don’t remind you of rats. rofl rofl Have to try the fried or squirrels and dumplings route. Pressure cook, then run em through some flour and fry them. Make brown gravy with the drippings and serve with biscuits.
