I built one a few years ago in 6.5 Grendel. In its current state it’s got the stabilizing brace on it. I can’t remember the manufacturer of the lower but the upper is a Palmetto State Armory stainless steel with the barrel lined. I’m thinking about selling it as I never use it and honestly it’s a right handed rifle and I am a left handed shooter and I’m tired of blowback and brass whizzing by my nose.
What is the current legality of me placing it for sale? I know there’s been a lot of activity in the last year regarding these things.

Just get you a left handed upper receiver and switch everything to it.

I may take the stock off of it and post it up as suggested with the stock to the side. As of RIGHT NOW*....it's legal to sell with the *brace* on it. Be careful interchanging the words "stock" and "brace". They are entirely different things in the eyes of the ATF. *Subject to change.

Braces were never illegal. ATF cant make law. However, recently the courts have "officially" made them "legal".
