Bill, its gona be very difficult to get any reasonably intellegent human to admit theyve trusted the wrong person. Theyll ride it out to the bitter end The bitter end is the part of the rope that is tied to the anchor and my guess is everyone knows where the anchor resides Bill is 100% right The only thing that is known is that LDL oxidizes easier than HDL and this is what makes up arterial plaque There are food high in antioxidants and there are supplements that fight oxidation If no one gets it then I’ll say it Oxidation of LDL will kill you and this is directly related to our food supply !! Get it !!

Anyone want to post a single peer reviewed study that shows cholesterol causes heart disease? I'll save you time and tell you it doesn't exist. So your next question should be why are statins so popular if there isn't any evidence cholesterol causes heart disease? There also isn't any evidence statins reduce heart disease. Did you know there are peer reviewed studies that show very low cholesterol is associated with elevated mortality risk? Then why are statins so popular and why are doctors prescribing them ? That's a rabbit hole you should spend some time looking in to. This is exactly right. No one wants to admit it but there is zero proven links between cholesterol and heart disease. The same can’t be said for low cholesterol(statins) and dementia/alzheimers. Statins cross the blood brain barrier and monkey with the brain’s ability to satisfy its own cholesterol needs. No thank you. Like my grand dad use to say “the lucky ones die of a heart attack”. It took me watching a few relatives and friends die slow, miserable deaths to realize the wisdom of that statement.
