TTT for visibility - perhaps someone can offer some assistance.

Maybe LinkedIn? If you were in the cybersecurity or computer networking, I could probably give you the hook-up.

I got caught in line of fire before - more than once. On one i got nice severance and training on how to get job. Professional organization told us - best way to get job - word of mouth with your friends - people you know is highest rate or best way to get job. The other ways or lower % - but use them. Good friends hav actually gotten me Multiple awesome jobs so keep doing what you doing. Always leave out any negative on why it did not work (dont bash). And always pray and i will say one for you. Some of the most successful people can get caught up on job turnover - downsize etc
Good luck - keep head up - it happens - more than you think
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

I've never had any luck on there...It has gotten exceedingly frustrating. You hear constantly about how "nobody can find employees" and "nobody wants to work". What that really means is "nobody can find [part time/minimum wage] employees" or "nobody wants to work [at a gas station of fast food joint]". It seems like everything on there is either entry-level jobs that pay $30k/year, or they are high level jobs that require several years of extremely specific and specialized experience (you can often tell that job descriptions were written with a specific candidate already in mind and they're only posting it as a formality, knowing good and well they already have someone specific they want to hire). I have worked at the same place for 16yrs (in hindsight, that was a mistake in and of itself). I have a degree in Business Management and 16yrs in Sales/Territory management....I've been looking for something else for a few years, but I can't find anything making close to what I make now unless I'm willing to travel a ton or relocate, and with young kids those 2 things are deal-breakers.

Gonna bump this up. Have had a couple interviews. One job got delayed (Gvt job) and other was a recruiter and after the 10 min call, totally ghosted me.
Recruiters & HR people, person being interviewed deserves a yea or nay answer. Not that day or 2 months later. In a timely fashion. That is how all my govt job interviews went. Never hear a word and find out 6-8 months later that the job filled.

Bingo! Makes me cringe when I hear people saying "nobody wants to work". Oh wait you mean no one wants to work for minimum wage at a job with no future and no insurance. How can this be. The job market is actually really strong right now. That's why we have never went into a recession under Biden, prices are through the roof but unless jobs go negative, its hard to go into a recession.

They literally changed the definition of recession so Biden wouldnât have to admit to it. Good grief
