Today is day 23 Wake up ready to eat now Energy and stamina levels are very good I go to sleep quicker at night but still wake very early (0300-0400) The autoimmune issue is almost completely under control and what I mean by this is that its 95% gone My legs Butt and Back have completely cleared No more chronic sinusitis and waking up with my nose stopped up and full of corn flakes No more laying down trying to position myself so I can breath My breathing while exercising is much easier rather than coming in great gasps Everything smells wonderful compared to hardly being able to smell the most basic things All the meats I eat taste even better than when I started and this can be attributed to detoxing and the use of Celtic Sea Salt
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

How much weight have you dropped and where have you noticed the biggest difference?

What meats do you eat? Basically what is your typical diet for a week? I generally have pork or beef for breakfast and a usually chicken or beef for supper I have thrown in some venison and lamb throughout these 23 days

Man that is great deadeye48. I’m hoping it works out for you long term. Maybe soon you can figure out what you can add back to your diet without compromising how you feel. If you want to of course. My plan is to after 30 days to add one green vegetable a week I dearly miss Turnip greens and Collards and Cabbage These will be the first and then asparagus and broccoli and celery

Just to give an update Have incorporated some collard and turnip greens into my diet with no ill effects but I don’t do this daily I did a few days ago give a couple bites of pizza a try My nose stopped up almost immediately I know it wasn’t the cheese because I’ve been eating cheese the whole time Really thinking it was the gluten in the crust Regardless of what it was, it was a trigger for autoimmune or allergies My weight is staying at 189-190 range and I feel great Checked my BP this morning and it was 102/69/69 Looking forward to my next bloodwork to see what it will reveal I’ll continue to try different things to see what triggers lay in wait

Deadeye have you ever been checked for Alpha-gal syndrome? I was about to ask the same question. My coworker has battled it for about 8 years now and within the last year or two it’s kinda morphed into strictly a beef allergy. He can eat all the pork and such he wants but beef will put him in the hospital every time. Crazy stuff.

The thing with beef has subsided and I have no more issues with it So far everything is going well as it possibly can

Update? I'm thinking of trying this diet to help with sinus and gut issues. Absolutely I actually went 60 days on carnivore and dropped down to 185 and looked a little "gaunt" from weight loss though I felt great I have since incorporated vegetables with bread and sweets but only occasionally for those last two I now weigh 190-193 That is still nearly 20lbs from my starting point The auto immune is down to a minimum and rarely has to be treated and my sinuses are still clear My gut health is better than I can ever remember and I have less aches and pains considering many things My meals now mostly consist of protein with a side of a green vegetable but there are those other occasions but with moderation If you make it past the first 10 days you will be fine

The first 10 days are the hardest.
I love the rut. The woods are like a bunch of roided up meatheads fighting over a girl.

my hardest were the first 3-5 days. Biggest issue is figuring out what to eat. fyi, when you are out don't forget that you can get just a burger patty at fast food places.

Most of the guys I know that went carnivore quit. The few that stayed the course say the same thing as you.
