Can someone recommend a neoprene sling with shell loops that will hold 20 gauge shells securely? Seems most of these are designed to hold 12 ga shells.

what are you going for something tactical that holds 15 shells or just one of those that holds a couple... maybe 2 turkey extras?

I haven’t, if you have a sewing machine you could buy elastic material and sew a few loops on a neoprene sling fairly easy.

I'm with ya. I'm a lightest , thinest sling possible and a couple extra shells in my pocket man.
