Just another day. And an opportunity to see the majestic artwork of God's awesome creation. My wife is an educator. We looked into why there are some schools closing. From what we found, 1 in TX is due to public safety concerns with the influx of visitors to such a small town. The other 1 in PA is out of safety concerns for the kids...they would be letting out about the time of peak totality and did not want to be accountable for kids potentially looking at the eclipse without adequate eye protection. Could those be excuses for other reasons? Who knows. Now, if it were to occur on Good Friday at approximately 3:00 PM, I might pay a little more attention. Then again, as mentioned, no one knows the day nor the hour, not even the Son. If you are a firm Christian believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, then there is absolutely zero to worry about

Ok as most of you probably have realized, I don't get out much. What's the deal with the big x. I've googled it and all I can find is something about where the solar eclipse went in 2017 and this one. I fail to see the importance of this. Plus wasn't there one over us like just a few months ago, or had I just had one to many that day?
