We lived in Conway acres while building a house right on the main lake, was a clean safe place to live, strict rules kept it that way. Actually bought a new mobile home and sold it for more than we paid for it 18months later.

We lived in Conway acres while building a house right on the main lake, was a clean safe place to live, strict rules kept it that way. Actually bought a new mobile home and sold it for more than we paid for it 18months later. They have been good to us thus far. Looks like we will make a little on this as well; market is crazy hot right now. I am set to show it to almost ten people right now and it will likely be gone.

What’s the lot rent in Conway these days? For new residents it is now $450; we are paying $430.
