Drove over there later that day and saw the pet turkey. Lol

It’s the only gobble I’ve heard all year on a property that had 2 mature gobblers and several jakes at the end of last year. The little county road that runs parallel to this place about 3/4 of a mile away has sounded like I-65 since around 6 and for the last half hour, the log trucks sound like they’re having a parade and seeing who has the loudest Jake brake. 😡 There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world: 1.
