straycat OP Old Mossy Horns Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 19,125 Chelsea, AL	Fired up the Weber Kettle for some bone-in ribeye steaks today. Decided to do a reverse sear with some fresh hickory sticks. Rolled smoke around 200 for about 45 minutes. Rearranged coals and got temperature up to about 450 degrees for the sear. Worked out pretty good. Forgot to take the money shot of a perfect medium rare with a slight smoke ring. Hope all the mothers had a great day! "The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever."
