The Strange Story of 'Killdozer' and the Man Behind It

I remember it well. We were on vacation in the area and drove through the town like 3 days later so all the destruction was still there on all the buildings. Apparently we didn’t have phones or a camera because I don’t have any pictures. I had to drive back through the town late that night headed back to Steamboat Springs and almost hit a mule deer just outside of town. I can’t remember the specific reason but he was definitely mad at the local government…. Seems like he had a sewer line connection needed and they were overcharging and forcing the install from a location that didn’t make sense to him. Anyway one of my great memories and I was actually proud of the dude making his statement.
