Massie is one of the better one's for sure. In fact, he likely has the highest IQ of anybody in all of the elected offices in DC. That is also his problem.
Sometimes he fails to account for just stupid people can be. Its like he is so smart he cannot see the other end of the spectrum. The center of the IQ curve is to high for him to see over.
