The fastest way out of any of that is
Famotidine (Pepcid AC)
Quinine (pill or 3 liters sugar free tonic water per day) The quinine allows the zinc to really work on viri
Zicam
Elderberry
Vitamin C
Ivermectin if you have it
If you can get your hands on a Z-pac even better because it is Antiviral in addition to being a respiratory antibiotic
