Rumors are rampant throughout the fed members and big market players, that the Bureau of Labor Statistics monthly jobs reports, that many on here have been saying are artificially inflated every month in 2024, are going to be officially revised downward tomorrow, by somewhere between 600,000 and 1,000,000 jobs. As everyone has previously stated, this has been done in an attempt to paint a rosy economic picture and to keep things propped up and the market looking good until the election, Hmmmm. Given that YTD, they've been claiming that a total of 1.4 million new jobs have been created, the adjustment, if true, will be a massive blow. Mistakes happen but 50-80% errors on numbers like this, are 100% intentional. People need to go to jail for investment fraud and attempted election interference. At some point, there have to be swift and severe penalties for government employees repeated outright lying to the American public, for purely political and monetary reasons.

Remember too, that the current 1.4 million number, has already been revised down from the reported monthly numbers, multiple times. Throw out a great number, run the market up, then 3-4 weeks later, quietly issue a much lower revised number for the previous month, knowing that the press will refuse to cover it and the market dang sure will not adjust/move to anything but the original "great number" lie.

So, basically theyre doing about the same thing they prosecuted Trump for. And they were doing it while they were prosecuting Trump for doing about the same thing. God Bless America.

It’s been inflated under Biden just like they did under Obama. They’d always revise downward a few months later. May have a been time they didn’t but overall that was the pattern. Under Trump any revisions would be upwards.

With Trump they still pumped the banks just like under Obama’s reign. Kept thinking they’d pull the rug out from under him. I guess market sentiment was just too strong until Covid happened.

It wont affect markets much because everybody who influences the market already has figured things on the real numbers. But media, with X now, it will be noisy. The Key takeaway should not be that the Dems make fake data, but the process that they use to get away with falsifying data. That process needs to be identified and corrected.

As for the media, there aint much that can be done but be noisy right in the Dems faces with it, and show the honest info to the undecided.

Powells Speech on Friday may be a speech he makes with a gun to his head off to stage left. Election or Recession?...that is the Question.

Amazing what happens when the EOY fiscal numbers come out, so does actual real numbers.

That’s a big miss and a bunch of lies piled on.

It is pretty amazing that the Feds ALWAYS, no matter what it is:
- Missed Trumps counts in a way that made him look bad.
- Miss(ed) Bidens counts in a way that makes him look good.

It is like there was/is a pattern.

At least it’s out before the election. It could be worse.

I think it started under Bush 2.0 but the metrics were changed several time during Obama’s admin. It’s the formula they keep messing with to justify their numbers. Otherwise known as cooking the books.

If you're the CFO of a publicly traded company you would be prosecuted for cooking the books this way.

Sure because it’s more ammunition to cut rates.

Market wants bad numbers so Fed can pump the economy with fake cheap money.

Barack Obama took office January 2009. I remember when they revised those job numbers downward but as expected if you try to look this up on Google it returns absolutely nothing. I can't remember the time period covered by the 2009 revision but remember it was Obama who was also in charge during this same time period. If memory serves me correctly this is when they decided if you were not actually looking for a job and comfortable with the money you were making selling drugs... You are no longer "unemployed". Poof. Magic. Numbers immediately looked great.

Markets are up today. How? We just lost all the jobs that created all the gains each month over the past year from March 2024 looking back. I think one could easily surmise that March-July 2024 reported numbers are also NOT correct. Wonder what they real numbers were for those months.

This is unbelievable. This is how you should lose faith in our Government and financial markets.

But.... nothing to see.. all good. Every index is green today. Obama's got it under control.

BTW - Crime also goes down when the DA stops charging people for crimes. If you don't charge anyone with Murder there are no murders just inconveniently dead people.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
