Walker county
Well now we have a bear spotted in Walker county only about 2 miles from where I'm building on my creek property. So far there has been a really good trail cam pic and a video from a lady's Ring doorbell camera. In the video you can clearly see it walk across her driveway. This is between Townley and Carbon Hill.

The true mark of a man is not how he conducts himself during times of prosperity, but how he conducts himself during times of adversity.

They’re everywhere these days. The state will have to open a season in a few years. They’re wreaking havoc in residential areas around Saraland.

Supposedly one hanging around our area but from the mouth I heard that from, I’d have to have evidence. But they are traveling these days

I remember when the state released a survey saying there were around forty something in north Mobile county. After lots of people calling bull crap, the did another and came up with over four hundred. There’s no telling what an accurate count is.

There were a couple near my house in Coosa county back during turkey season. I think you might see one anywhere in the state.

I don't care anything about shooting one myself, never have.
On a side note..........The picture and video have been posted on social media. One of the comments from someone in a neighboring county referenced the movie "Cocaine Bear". They said that since this one was in Walker county it would eventually be "Meth Bear". slap crazy

The only bear I've had was made into a bologna chub. It was different, for sure....bear butt baloney. I think I'd rather deal with the cocaine bear!

I saw one several years ago outside oakmulgee in the TNF in tuscaloosa county. I thought it was a hog at first. I didn't have enough time to shoot but the redneck in me sure wanted to blast it

We will burn that bridge when we get there
