Been here for a bit. I paid for the premium membership & never got my t-shirt, camo hat, fanny pack, or vehicle decals. Sign of the times I guess......
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

I been around a good while too. Seen a lot of changes and most all have been positive. Seems like I read about this website in the outdoor section of a Sunday edition of the Montgomery advertiser. I joined up as Dr. B in August 2000 (member #121) but had to change name when a server crashed or something. I really love this place and met some amazing folks over these years!

99 model here. My original handle got corrupted in the crash. My original number was in the 40’s if I remember correctly. Met a lotta great cats and still hang out and hunt with some of em today.
Hard to believe where it’s come from since the ol bar n grill days. 👍
Almost forgot, some of the best times were the old Toys for Tots drives we did at Christmas. I remember we all met up in Bessemer for dinner at Christmas. That had the be around 2001 or 2002.

I joined in 2001 for the purpose of arguing with Outback over buck limits. He really wanted a 2 buck limit, and I wanted to leave it like it was because I thought the enforcement of it would ruin hunting as we had always known it in Alabama. He won and almost got everything he wanted, but now he boasts that he ignores all the game laws, and the rest of us are stuck with his rules. There's always a lot of unintended consequences to any government action.  I eventually got to meet Outback and he is a great guy and I wish he still posted here.
