If you weren’t so far away, I have a CVA I’d give you.

If you’re going to be shooting inside 100yds then most any of them will work

I have a cva wolf that shoots good. I think it’s the best value. I would suggest getting a break action for sure

My main muzzleloader is a CVA Optima Pro with the 24 or 26” barrel and the ambidextrous thumbhole stock. Incredibly accurate with the 223gr powerbelts and 100grs of pyrodex. We now have a primitive weapons season here so the only time it gets used is if I get a chance to hunt at the camp. The .35 Whelen is way more accurate and less mess to deal with.

Pawn shops and garage sales sometimes have good ones that you can pick up for a song.
For me, I like to stick with either knight brand or Thompson Center pro hunter. Picking up an older (209 primer only) knight is what I would do. But those Traditions Pursuits seem to be pretty accurate. The Traditions Pursuit is a very accurate rifle. I’ve killed deer just shy of 200 yards with mine. Had it 20 years.

CVA Optima - You won't go wrong This. I've got a CVA optima and it took me a while to find what it liked but I finally found that a 290 grain hornady bore driver ftx over 100 grains of loose 777 powder was the ticket. Cleaning the barrel in between each shot and if I can hold it still enough a 3 shot group will all be touching.

Just build a smokeless with a cheap cva 4570 scout as a donor. You won’t regret it.
