Oh great, well, I need your help... but before we go any further, what are your fee's and if you find my buck still alive and you shoot him, are you keeping him or am I?

It's pretty obvious that the hypocrites of the dcnr are setting it up to be allowed to extract bribes for hunting at night and out of season with dogs violations like they're already doing with hunting over bait and hunting hogs at night.

Matthew Chapter 23 of the Bible shows very clearly how our Lord sees such hypocrisy,.

I've never been a member of any dog hunter's group. That didn't matter nor did it matter that I hadn't even hunted with dogs for a few years when my right to exercise that traditional means of hunting deer (Constitution of Alabama 2022, Declaration of Rights, Section 36.02) was forbidden by a little group of men exercising judicial powers not delegated to them without a trial.

the commissioner's rules:

Shortened hunting season in some locally defined areas with few complaints ...
Shortened season with a permit in some locally defined areas with possible loss of permit ...
Forbidden in all other locally defined areas due to complaints of private persons.

I ain't looking it up . It dealt with a kid shooting a deer then another guy shooting the deer . Judge ruled it was the kids deer. Couple more out there .

I am a dog hunter. Hunting with dogs and recovering a wounded deer are not the same thing. Trying to Trying to group them together will hurt both.
