If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it. Once a utility easement is granted can it be revoked if that ability was not in the original agreement? Thanks to OP for a good article. So are you asking if the power company has an easement and the cable tv company buries cable in it? Something like that?

It can be vacated if no longer needed and the grantee agrees to vacate but it can not be revoked once the grantor signs to create the easement.

Use push pins for your targets. I also take the metal stands and put them around my vegetable seedlings out in the garden to prevent my dog from stepping on them. Working for a municipality I have a endless supply. It’s to early I think you got lost this morning

I have a legal easement to my property. It is recorded at the county courthouse. I just had to have it surveyed.
