If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it. Once a utility easement is granted can it be revoked if that ability was not in the original agreement? Thanks to OP for a good article.

So are you asking if the power company has an easement and the cable tv company buries cable in it? Something like that?

A neighbor granted an easement to the power company to bury the service to my house. All legal and signed off on just wondering since the neighbor is no longer friendly if they could revoke that in some way? If it matters the easement is maybe 100’ long and 3’ deep. And it’s a power line. The power company would not do it until the neighbor and his wife signed “their forms”. And they did.

It can be vacated if no longer needed and the grantee agrees to vacate but it can not be revoked once the grantor signs to create the easement.

Use push pins for your targets. I also take the metal stands and put them around my vegetable seedlings out in the garden to prevent my dog from stepping on them. Working for a municipality I have a endless supply.

There was a power line across our property that we rerouted to build our house Al power abandoned the easement and rerouted in new location. The old easement would go through my house. Once they abandon the cable company had so many days to get their lines rerouted as well.

I have a legal easement to my property. It is recorded at the county courthouse. I just had to have it surveyed.
