My son and his buddy who works at DCH are looking to move over there asap when they can find the right place. We’ve looked at 7-8 locations.
650.00 is on the cheap side with 2-3 roommates. 950.00 for on the river walk with 1-2 roommates, is what we’ve found.
If you find a deal or need two working guys who are not students, let me know.
