Motor should be all. I'd pull the regulator out before getting the motor and make sure all of that is in order first though. You can get a motor and reg combo for cheap as well if there's an issue.

I would lube all the working parts with silicone spray. There is a breaker in the motor that stops the motor when it gets in a bind, like top and bottom. Can you get the door panel off?

Getting the panel off is 1/2 the battle. Youtube is your friend when it comes to stuff like this. Rock Auto should have any parts.

That's incredible mileage. Have you had to do much maintenance to it over the years? It needs the timing belt replaced, so haven’t done a great job there. I’ve had to replace the alternator once or twice. Brakes a couple times. I change the oil most of the time, but sometimes let an Express Oil Change place do it. The biggest two things are it was made in Japan and most of the mileage is from the highway.
