Snakes. Not real ones. Used to put them on the boat dock on the lake to keep the birds from nesting. Walmart or DG.

I have seen heavy mono used ,but has to be tight enough to hum when the wind blows.

Owls and snakes work for a while they get used to them and never look back. You will need to move them often. In substation’s we’ve tried everything from loud bangs to coyote decoys to keep squirrels out. Spike strips and glue traps for birds may help.

I got a bird problem. How long does the hanging of the fake birds of prey last? I can hang a buzzard up and keep them out (permitted), but the little birds I don’t think it will work. They will work on buzzard . Just move them around . Been there done that. Just move them around

When a cat kills one or two, the others seem to notice. A yard cat really will run them off.

A kid and a pellet gun. Give him $5 for every one he kills. I was going to say a trusty Red Ryder with a compass in the stock.

When I was a youngster there were no birds around my house. Red Ryder will work inside 30 ft or so! And yeah, that would’ve been a dream job when I was a kid.
