Around here you do need it, our highways transition from flat to just enough hill with out any warning. In these conditions that is cars in pine trees.

29 up through blues or across sandhill will launch a car blind flying high into nowhere. That is a difficult road on a good day for avg experience driving.

Up north when the harder than harder stuff hits, truckers do that. And the cops say thankyou, make EMS room please. It works perfect.
