Its not Trump playing 4-d chess and shit this time.It Trump executing his "this is how business should work" plan in the "most efficient" order that Elon uses to build those damn big things, fast. If you need term or catch phrase, its the order of the permits and people, (the OPP) inputs into the job/project that make it get done fast and correctly. If step A aint dont right redo step A before you get to Z. We learn from toys, and assembling toys late night Christmas Eve, teaches you that CORRECT assembly order makes it go fast.
