Michael Warren and I met and talked today at a real residential lot in Luverne, Al. It is called Fort Mann, for many bureaucratic reasons. #1 the lot had never been addressed when I bought it, like a number mailbox. Nobody ever lived on a perfectly square lot in the damn near perfect bullseye on map center of town. It never ever had any address, ever. Courthouse plot Address of 0 STREET NAME. I needed stuff delivered to that lot on trucks with no address. I put a Flag in the ground --for 3 the weeks it took to get an address. So i could tell them where to go.
Just explaining the meeting location for Michaeol and I involved the flag Fort Mann diiscussion. #2nd, The surveyor I set the first pin ever on that lot.

During our Meeting, an Aldeer daily conversation, We talked about all kinds of fun stuff. Best Meat provider on Aldeer.He's a sponsor, great product, so we talked about meat. No serious pull at all. I drove past that lot for 20+ years daily, main road to school, most all LEO offices, ems, courthouse, almost of them city hall, city services grocery etc..
I had always thought, that cute little lot sure would look nice with cute house on it. If it ever opens up for sale, I'll ask the price. Thats it, no magic courthouse backdoor deal trick.
