Trump has no filter and that's one of the things we love about him.
But I might not have waded right into the DEI puddle with so many tragic losses.
We could have given the NTSB a little time to look around. Yeah, unfortunately you have to take the bad with the good and sometimes he just can't help himself. He only said what literally EVERYONE was thinking, but maybe the POTUS shouldn't have been saying it less than 24hrs after it happened. When he goes off the rails into these topics he plays right into the left wing media hands. They have already changed the narrative to "Trump makes baseless claims about DEI hiring " Even if what Trump said is true, he's already lost the battle of perception. And it's no different than left wing gun grabbers talking about banning guns before the bodies reach room temperature after a school shooting. Just don't try and make political points while families are making funeral arrangements. The DEI relationship to the crash Trump said has merit. DEI is coded into some ATC systems. I doubt it really was DEI. But I never considered the depth of DEI pollution. until I realized and saw it. Yes, they program DEI into fundamental mechanical computing systems. Its really messed up ..bad!
Beeper Bombs are real. DEI toasters cold also be real? Alexa is a weird bitch. What the hell is a DEI toaster? I'm not a computer guy. Does it mean the toaster was built by a company with a DEI program?

I think Trump blaming it on DEI is more so referring to the past hiring practices within ATC and being under/not properly staffed. They've already said they were short staffed that night in the tower and that 1 guy was doing the work of 2 in relation to the military/civilian communications.
