I had it done Mine was a two part injection. First one was not comfortable but as soon as the second one was done I almost immediately felt relief. I've had very few problems since.

Mine was several years ago. I did PT for a few weeks and tried holistic methods like stretching, decompression, rest etc. Nothing was working so I went to see about the injection and wish I had done it to start with.

They work for me although the last one I had didn't and they had to go up a step on the medication and it did work thankfully. Most places offer sedation and you will need a driver to be released. I do it without so I can drive my own self home. They numb the area and it's not bad. The IV stuck in my arm (for sedation) is worse than the epidural IMO.

I had two in 2017. The first one did nothing to help. The second one caused urinary and man part issues that lasted nearly a full year. I’ll never have another one. I had them at L3, L4 and L5. Dayum!!! That sucks. Never had any of that. People just react to meds differently I guess

Wife had many of them in her neck . She had two spinal fusions an in pain daily. The injections do work for a time but not a fix . Every so often she has spinal burn where he burns the nerves between her vertebrae. Them work better than steroid injections I think ur talking about . Both are hard on her. sometimes I have drive her home because of sedation.

Just had it done in Nov.. Initially, my back was improved from the shots but that didn't last long. Was hunting with a medical professional (nurse anesthetist) last week and he said that is not unusual that it often takes a series of shots to have lasting relief. This was in Huntsville that I had it done and it was not a problem with anything. I was completely asleep from the same drug they use for a colonoscopy. Had some injections years ago in Prattville and felt like they were running us through there like worming day for cattle. First time I was partially sedated with Versed and the second time there was no sedation. Mild pain but not too bad but I much prefer to be sedated so I don't jump when they hit the nerve since they are playing with my back.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Had several. Most were great. On doc however missed the spot. When I told him he denied it. I passed out. Couldn't move my legs. Staff got pissed. Thought I was lying. Took me 4 hours to walk. With help. I canceled the payment check. When they threatened to sue me for payment I begged them to.

I’ve had a bizillion steroid injections. Only thing that ever helped me was surgery.
