I knew this day was coming due to him having increasingly bad heart issues, but it sure didn’t make today any easier. He was 13.5 years old. There’s no telling how many times he saved us from rogue FedEx and UPS drivers, not to mention the occasional Jehovah’s Witness. Mrs. CR is as tore up about it as I am. I know time will make it easier, but today sucks. RIP Buddy, you will forever be missed. Jesus... I hope you know Him personally like I do. Si vis pacem, para bellum. Proud crossbow hunter!

I haven't really wanted another dog since I lost Toby 5 years ago. He was so smart and had such a comical personality I don't think another one could ever replace him.
